4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

• 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter)
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

5.2 Crypton-Anth Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings
• Minimum 2 participants required for most tours (unless otherwise stated)
• In case of our cancellation, full refund or alternative date will be offered
• We are not liable for any consequential costs (travel, accommodation, etc.)

5.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.

6. Tour Participation Requirements

6.1 Age Requirements

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

• Child rates apply to ages 5-15 (under 5s free on most tours)
